"Simple, flat, and chock full of weapons and ammunition. Perfect for your first humiliation in the Tournament."
- Map description

DM-TrainingDay (whose full name is Training Day) is a map appearing in the following games:

Map description Edit

As simple as it gets: a single floor 8-shaped map with two loops and a central area with a hazard. The areas are called Rocket Loop (located at the northeast of the map), Central Hallway (located at the center), and Sniper Loop (located at the southwest of the map).

The Rocket Loop holds the Link Gun and the Minigun, while the Sniper Loop holds the Shock Rifle and the Flak Cannon. Finally, the middle area only holds the most powerful item in the map, which is, of course, the +25 Health Pack.

There's not much to describe, really.

Walkthrough Edit

Tips and tricks Edit

  • The weapons are distributed evenly: Flak Cannon (for short range) and Shock Rifle (for mid-to-long range) at one loop, and Link Gun (for close-to-mid range) and Minigun (for mid-to-long range) at the other. Same with health: each loop gets three vials and the central area holds a Health Pack.
  • Try to stay close to the turn for cover and, unless your enemy is as close as he gets from you, shoot, then retreat, rinse and repeat.

Trivia Edit

  • Although the loops are named "Rocket Loop" and "Sniper Loop", none of these sides feature either the Rocket Launcher or the Lightning Gun. In UT2003 the player is introduced to these weapons in the SP mode in the following stage.
