Health Vials (in Unreal and Unreal Mission Pack: Return to Na Pali) are small health pickups appearing in the Unreal series, appearing in almost all games.

Overview[]

Unreal and Unreal Mission Pack: Return to Na Pali[]

"These provide limited healing (+5 units of health), but do little to reverse the effects of major damage."
Unreal manual

Bandages are weakest healing item in the game. They are so minimal in healing that it does little to help the player with major damage; however, they are useful for small injuries that do not require much healing.

Unreal Tournament[]

"Each health vial gives you 5 health points, to a maximum of 199."
UT manual

The Health Vial can be found in most maps. They are less powerful than Health Packs on their own, but when found in groups (usually 3-10), they can provide a better heal to the player.

Unreal Championship, Unreal Tournament 2003 and Unreal Tournament 2004[]

Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict[]

"Nanosurgeon packs that work for biological, mechanical and nanoblack competitors. These appear in small and medium varieties."
UC2 manual

Unreal Tournament 3[]

Unreal Tournament 4[]

"Awards 5 HP on top of current HP, up to a max of 199."
